Shocked to hear that Jim has passed. Growing up with you Josh, as a close mate, I’ll always remember Jimbo’s humour and funny take on things - he was a classic. Can’t believe he’s gone.
Thinking of Rose, and you Josh, along with Tanya, the kids, and sister Rachel.
He’ll be sorely missed, RIP Jimbo.August 19, 2024 12:14 pm
To Rose and families, I'm so sorry to hear about Jim.
I worked with him with Forex every day for seven years.
He always wanted to learn and shared anything new that he thought would help others progress. No doubt that's why he started the chatroom for this purpose. He shared also his love of gardening and cooking. He even opened a room so we could all share our culinary delights. I'm disappointed I didnt get the chance to experience one of his creations. He was always generous with his time and knowledge, and his good humour was never far below the surface.
Thanks for sharing his time with us.
Thoughts and prayers are with you today and for the future.
God bless.August 19, 2024 10:33 am

It was a shock to be told of the sudden illness and unexpected death of my big brother , James.
Our isolated life on the Boho South farm was greatly enriched when he left to return , with a car and all the trappings of a much older rocker from the city, complete with the latest clothes and modern music on his car radio.
Later we shared a love of gardening and a healthy competition of vegetable growing, although I never felt the need to catch cabbage moths in a butterfly net like he did.
I know Rose will be well supported by his loving children and grandchildren of whom he was very proud.

I was very saddened to hear of Jim death, and send loving thoughts and deepest sympathy to you and the family. I always enjoyed Jim’s wry take on the world, and his interesting views. Engaging with you both when we were in Forrest, when your shop and post office was one of the main town hubs, was a daily bright spot. If Jim had any particular axe to grind on a particular day, there could be lively discussion and exchange of views, always in the context of a good humoured and obliging relationship.
