Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service for Ashley Frazer Harkness to be held at our Chapel, cnr High St & Murradoc Rd, Drysdale on MONDAY (Sept. 4, 2023) commencing at 10.30am.
Private Cremation
No Flowers by request.

There are all kinds of Beauty in this world and Ashley had the ability to not only see that beauty and share it but help others to look for it themselves.
We were so privileged to have known Ashley, he was like part of the family and we have missed his smile, his beauty, his enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, intelligence, his kindness and generosity of Spirit.
Our deepest condolences to Jim, Jean, Brenda and all his family at this time.

Dear Jim, Jean, Brenda, Carl, James and Charlie (who I have not yet had the pleasure to meet .)
My deepest condolences to all of you at this very sad time .
It was a great privilege l to be able to share Ashley’s funeral service with you and close friends .
A celebration of the life of a wonderful man , son brother , uncle and friend .
I have many fond memories of my times in Melbourne and Geelong with Ashley and yourselves .
Christmas Lunches , singalongs in the garden . Camping in the outback in a camper , courtesy of Jim . Cracking a good old VB for breakfast !
Those times are gone but will never be forgotten .
Ashley brought love and something very special into everyone’s lives . He will be missed greatly .
My thoughts are with you and Ashley today .

Ashley, I am going to miss you my dearly loved friend but I will never let you leave my heart or my mind and the memories of every moment we shared and every word that we spoke will live on.
A true and beautiful man taken from us all too soon, we will all be together one day.
I will plant a tree for you by the river in Cavan.

We are very sorry to hear of Ash's passing. A true free spirit.
He put up a good fight.
We have had the privilege to get to know Ash over 7 years when he did various painting work .
We knew that he enjoying travelling on his motor bike, was easily accommodated if he had a roof over his head , an open fire, a swag and possibly a bottle of red wine.
He will be remembered and missed.

Dearest Ashley, may your spirit live on in all our hearts. Your smile and your gentle ways will always be remembered. And that gorgeous accent. We'll never forget the story you told about Van Morrison and the leather coat. Goodness, how it made us all laugh!

Dearest Ashley you are no longer with us on this earth you will be truly missed but Ashley you will always be in our hearts.
We are so honoured to have in our lives, I was graced with meeting you through Steven. Your friendship then grew with us into our family, your presence around the boys since they came into world was wonderful your creativity your conversation and the way you connected with was was amazing.
