  4. Sunset boulevard will not be the same without hearing the saws, lathes, paint brushes hard at work! The heart in the mouth moments of a 90 year old up a ladder painting the house! That sense of cheeky humour generally at Win’s expense! Such a great neighbour will be sadly missed!
