With overwhelming sadness and broken hearts, we would like to share with family and friends that on the 14/7/23 at 1.00am, we lost the love of our life and our best friend, Chris.
We miss him so much already.

Funeral notice
Monday July 24, 2023 - 12:00 am
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mr Christopher Alan Pianto to be held at our Chapel, cnr High Street & Murradoc Road, Drysdale on MONDAY (July 24, 2023) commencing at 1.30pm.
Chris will be privately cremated before the service.
Chris' service will be livestreamed through our website.

To Jenni, Chevy and family,
it is with much sadness that I was informed of the passing of legendary Chris Pianto. He fought a tough fight to bring awareness to the community regarding the abuse at the hands of the Catholic Church institution.
Mum (Flora Read) had immense respect, as did I.

My sincere condolences to Chris' family. He was a giant amongst us, a fighter against the worst kind of abuse, a heart of gold and brother to many. Thank you for Chris for standing up for victims and survivors of childhood abuse and being prepared to share your story to help others.

It's so sad to hear the passing of Chris ( Jack )
He was a Drysdale legend with a great sense of humour and would give you the shirt off his back.
Many great memories with Jack, the Palace in Drysdale, the Drysdale pub and just everywhere.
My deepest sympathy goes out to Jacks loved ones, family and friends.
