Passed away peacefully on 17th June, 2020.

Aged 80 years.

Cherished husband of Cheryl, father of Melinda, Naomi and Rebecca, father-in-law of Gary and Michael and pa of Hayley, Katelyn, James and Aiden.

5. I grew up with his daughter Naomi a good friend of mine. I knew Mr Thomas as I called him and Mrs Thomas Naomi, Rebecca and Melinda when I was still learning to speak English. In the early 80s. Back then I used to visit Naomi at her house at 19 Hereford Drive. Such great memories from that house. Mr Thomas (call me Bruce - he used to say over and over frustrated when I grew up and still called him Mr Thomas!) He was so kind and good natured and had a good sense of humor. Us kids used to joke about his Elvis Prestley hairstyle. He would laugh. Bruce and his family helped me so much when I was a kid. Especially when I had to leave home at 16 and ended up at Naomi's. Her family helped me so much. And I will never forget it. We love you heaps Bruce. Thank you for everything. So many wonderful memories.
